Working from our main office in Thunder Bay, Ontario, located on the peaceful North Shore of Lake Superior, the Medical Officer of Health is responsible for leading a team of dedicated health professionals servicing the District of Thunder Bay and a population on 160,000.
We're looking for:
- A passionate public health leader and MD with specialty training/Master's Degree in Public Health
- A forward-thinking professional committed to the renewal of the Ontario Public Health System
- A dedicated supporter for providing accessible public health programs and community partnership building
- An empathetic and creative communicator with an enthusiasm for population health
