Note: This course is designed for individuals who have completed either a Level 1 Food Safety Course at the Health Unit or the "In Good Hands" on-line course within the past five years and who certification has expired. The recert course will provide updates on new or changed information. Participants will complete a multiple choice exam at the end of the course and if succesful, will receive a new certificate and wallet card.
