Success in the highly competitive food industry depends upon a solid reputation. An incident of food poisoning can damage a business reputation for a lifetime.
Don't let this happen to your establishment:
Food poisoning is real and 65 people now know this fact all too well. After eating in a popular restaurant, the restaurant patrons became ill with cramps, diarrhea, fever, chills, headache and vomiting.
An investigation by Public Health Inspectors revealed problems with the restaurant operation including temperature abuse of the food, insufficient hand washing and cross contamination of raw meat to cooked meat. In addition, not one of the food handlers had taken a Food Safety Course.
Two weeks later, the restaurant was ordered to be closed, it later went out of business and lawsuits were filed against the owners.
