Children from birth until entry into Senior Kindergarten are eligible for services at the Health Unit. No child is too young for a screening provided that problems are suspected.

Children attending Senior Kindergarten are not eligible; these children are served through the school system, Community Care Access Centre, George Jeffrey Children's Centre, or Integrated Services for Northern Children.
