Healthy Body Image

  1. Stop Dieting! People who diet tend to regain more weight.  Focus on being healthy, not skinny!
  2. Healthy and happy people come in all shapes and sizes!  No one body shape or size is right for everybody.
  3. Be wise!  Question the motives of advertisers who use unrealistic images to sell a product.
  4. Listen to your body!  Know when you are full and when you are hungry.  Be sure to balance eating with exercise.
  5. Like yourself!  Focus on your strong points.
