The fact that you're making plans for being active is a step in the right direction. At this stage it may be useful to explore ways to increase the number of minutes each day you are active, and pick up the pace, or intensity of your activities. We'll also look at some of the obstacles, and generate some solutions and realistic goals. This two step process takes about ten minutes.
