You may not believe this, but a walk, or some sort of active break will actually boost your energy. So if you’re tired after work, head out for a short walk, and you’ll have enough energy to enjoy your evening. If you’re just starting out, remember not to overdo it.
Some people will head out only for 5 minutes, because that’s all the energy they’ve got. Once they’re out there they feel better, and will go farther.
Regular moderate intensity activity will increase your fitness, and you’ll gain more energy in the long run.
