Who Should Not Get the Vaccine?
Anyone with a severe allergy to eggs
Anyone who has had a serious allergic reaction to a previous dose of influenza vaccine
Infants under six months of age (children six months to one year to be done by their doctor)
Persons who have had Occular Respiratory Syndrome (red-eye syndrome) within 24 hours of receiving a previous dose of influenza vaccine should consult their family doctor
People ill with a fever should delay immunization until after recovery
Persons with a history of Guillain-Barre Syndrome should consult their doctor
