Ministry funded vaccines are available free for physicians, hospitals, clinics, correctional centers, colleges and universities from the Thunder Bay District Health Unit. Orders can be placed by the designated vaccine handler in your facility by faxing 625-4828 on Monday mornings.

Vaccine Temperature Log Book: A copy of the temp log book must accompany each vaccine order and it should include all readings from the last time an order was placed. Maximum, minimum and current temps must be taken twice a day while your office is open.  Temperatures outside of 2 -8 'C, must be reported immediately to the Health Unit by calling 625-5942 

The Orders will be filled Tuesday mornings and are available for pickup on Tuesday afternoon or later. Please identify yourself at switchboard.

Remember to bring your blue insulated bags and frozen ice packs to carry your vaccine order in.
