The Health Unit has a record of all immunizations given by the Health Unit's nursing staff. 

It is important to know your health care provider does not automatically inform the Health Unit when you are given a vaccine.  So, if you get a vaccine somewhere else, including another Health Unit, please let us know so our records for you are as up-to-date as possible. You can:
