The Health Unit has created some new materials for parents and health care workers about immunization.

For Parents:

The booklet Immunization: What Parents Want to Know uses the input from Thunder Bay parents to answer questions about immunization and immunization requirements.

For Health Care Professionals:

• The posters "Childhood Immunization Schedule"
  • Childhood Immunization Schedule - 11" x 17" and
  • Childhood Immunization Schedule - 8-1/2" x 11"

provide health care workers with 2 size options of an "easy-for- client-to-understand" immunization schedule to post in their offices.

• Appointment cards with 3 different designs
• Appointment Card: Mother & Laughing Infant
• Appointment Card - Mom, Baby, Dad
• Appointment Card - Mom and baby

to prompt parents to schedule the next immunization appointment.
