Officials at the Thunder Bay District Health Unit and Glacier Ridge Retirement Residence located at 1261 Jasper Drive are investigating several cases of enteric illness with symptoms that include vomiting and diarrhea.
In order to contain the illness, family and friends are asked to delay any visits to Glacier Ridge Retirement Residence. The entertainment director has cancelled social events, as well.
