The Thunder Bay District Health Unit has ended restrictions at the Nipigon District Memorial Hospital’s long term care facility.  An enteric outbreak had been declared on June 12th.  While the responsible organism has not been identified, no new cases have appeared in the last 48 hours.

Discharges, transfers and admissions have resumed. The facility is now open to visitors and volunteers.
