Officials at the Thunder Bay District Health Unit and Versa Care Centre have issued an outbreak notice for the facility located at 135 S. Vickers Street.

Symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea are being investigated. Restrictions on visitors and resident transfers, admissions and discharges have been implemented.

Roseview Manor continues to be under similar restrictions after an outbreak was declared there on November 21, 2006.
