February 20, 2007 - Officials at the Thunder Bay District Health Unit and Versa Care have declared an outbreak of an influenza-like-illness on the fourth floor of the long term care facility.

Symptoms include dry coughs, malaise, runny nose and myalgia.

All admissions, transfers and discharges are suspended for the fourth floor, only.

Visitation and social activities have been cancelled for this floor.
