January 30, 2007 - Officials at the Thunder Bay District Health Unit and Pioneer Ridge have declared an outbreak of enteric illness on Plaza Four at the long-term care facility. Plaza Four houses 38 people. Symptoms are nausea, diarrhea and vomiting. Read more >>
