May 16, 2007 (THUNDER BAY) - Parents are invited to a presentation on “The Parenting Crisis: Parenting Teens of Today – What’s Normal? What’s Not?”
Join two community mental health counselors with many years of experience in working with teens and their families. Chris O’Shaughnessy a counselor from Children’s Centre Thunder Bay and Christine Vita, a counselor from New Horizons, will help parents of teens achieve a better understanding of teen behavior, how to know when you need help, and where to go for help when you need it.
This free presentation will be held at St. John Ambulance on Monday, May 28th, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. The evening is sponsored by St. Ignatius and St. Patrick School Council with the help of a Parents Reaching Out Grant from the Ministry of Education.
