The material enclosed in this section must be completed prior to the public health nurse presentation on sexual health. We have included an outline of what we will be presenting during our grade 7 and grade 8 presentations. We have also included all the worksheets required for students as well as answer sheets for the teachers. Additional reference material and activities can be found throughout the manual to supplement teaching.

The following page includes a letter outlining what will be taught by the Thunder Bay District Health Unit and may be sent out to the parents if the school so desires.

The booking form is also incorporated and may be faxed to the Thunder Bay District Health Unit attention Sexual Health Program @ 623-2369. Requests will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
