Join the TBDHU Bike Challenge! Cycling is a great way to stay active. It keeps us healthy and physically fit, reduces stress and helps our mental health too! Using cycling as an active alternative to driving is also great for the environment! Are you in?!

TBDHU is challenging you to set a goal, however big or small, to take out your bicycles and start biking!

  • Examples of goals: 30 minute bike ride 3 times a week, commuting to work via bicycle 2 times a week, biking 100km by September 30th
  • Start small and do what you can to stay consistent.
