The NW Tobacco Control Area Network is very happy to announce the 3rd NW Tobacco Knowledge Exchange Forum on Wednesday, November 7. We have already secured a very impressive line-up of presenters to join us this November in Thunder Bay and are excited to share their knowledge and expertise with you.
Registration is only $50, which includes entry, catered lunch and breaks, pre-conference reception with refreshments, snacks and a fireside chat with experts in the field. This conference is intended for those who work in healthcare, education, addictions/mental health, youth work, or other health-related fields.
Delegates of the forum will:
- Learn the importance of addressing smoking toward achieving greater health equity in Northwestern Ontario.
- Gain the motivation, knowledge and resources to integrate smoking interventions into practice.
- Explore the impacts of cannabis legalization and alternative nicotine delivery devices on the evolving tobacco landscape.
