COVID-19: Phone Line to Report Order Violations

Ontario Regulations

For complaints regarding non-compliance with ONTARIO REGULATION 364/20 under Reopening Ontario (A Flexible Response to COVID-19) Act, 2020, such as:

  • Businesses that are open when they are not yet allowed to be open.
  • Businesses that are not following public health measures, such as physical distancing.
  • Businesses exceeding capacity limits.

For complaints regarding gatherings exceeding allowable limits:

Quarantine Act

For complaints regarding non-compliance with the Federal Quarantine Act (i.e. a person failing to self-isolate for 14 days after returning from travel outside of Canada):
