Join the TBDHU Virtual Walking Challenge!
It’s been a long, cold, snowy winter! Sometimes it’s hard to find the motivation to get out and get active! Walking is one of the easiest and most affordable ways to be physically active. Even a 10 minute walk has health benefits!
If you're an adult (18+), TBDHU is challenging you to set a goal, however big or small, and track your progress!
- Examples of goals: 30 minute walk 5 times a week, 10,000 steps a day, 2 km a day, etc.
- Start small and do what you can to stay consistent.
Sign up opens on April 4th and the challenge will run until April 30, 2022.
