The Thunder Bay District Health Unit is seeking a full-time temporary (September 19 - December 16, 2016 (flexible start date)) Public Health Inspection Student in our Environmental Health Program.  This field placement student, looking to fulfill the requirements of the Canadian Institution of Public Health Inspectors Board of Certification, will assist in the the delivery of applicable Ontario Public Health Standards to communities throughout the Thunder Bay District.

The Thunder Bay District Health Unit is seeking a full-time permanent Program Assistant in our Communications Program working at Main Reception.  The Public Health Program Assistant provides various clerical services supporting Public Health programs. Working in a multi-disciplinary environment, the Program Assistant performs those functions as related to the daily operations and delivery of the Programs, ensuring that discretion and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
