COVID-19 Outbreak Declared at Chartwell Glacier Ridge – Facility Wide

January 9, 2023 - The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) and Chartwell Glacier Ridge confirm that a COVID-19 outbreak has been declared facility wide, in Thunder Bay.

TBDHU has initiated a thorough assessment of the situation. Further measures will be taken as needed to manage this situation.
