COVID-19 Outbreak Declared Over at Chartwell Thunder Bay - Glacier Ridge Retirement Residence

January 23, 2023 - The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) and the City of Thunder Bay announce that the outbreak at Chartwell Thunder Bay - Glacier Ridge Retirement Residence, in Thunder Bay is now over.

Prior to the outbreak, significant measures were already in place to reduce the likelihood of transmission of the virus within the facility. Expanded precautions were implemented for the duration of the outbreak.
