COVID-19 Outbreak Declared Over at Thunder Bay District Jail

March 3, 2022 -  The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) and the Ministry of the Solicitor General announce that the outbreak at the Thunder Bay District Jail, in Thunder Bay is now over.

Prior to the outbreak, significant measures were already in place to reduce the likelihood of transmission of the virus within the facility. Expanded precautions were implemented for the duration of the outbreak.
