TBDHU is improving its infrastructure at 999 Balmoral St office to improve client access and the overall integrity of the property.
New sidewalks have been built recently to improve client access. The next phase will include resurfacing the accessible and general parking area to renew aging infrastructure and improve overall accessibility.
The ongoing work, which is expected to be completed in August, will create some parking lot limitations at the TBDHU office at 999 Balmoral St. However, the building will remain fully accessible to clients throughout the construction phase.
TBDHU kindly asks visitors to note:
- Be aware when entering the parking lot from the street and moving between their vehicle and the main entrance.
- Pylons, flagging tape, and construction staff will be on site to help direct clients around the parking lot.
- Follow the direction of construction staff and signage on site.

The RED CONSTRUCTION ZONE is closed to all traffic.
