Description
The Thunder Bay District Health Unit provides permits for and inspects all new construction in the district to ensure that minimum requirements of the Ontario Building Code are met including regulations regarding the distance between septic and well water. These guidelines are for Class 2 Sewage System - Leaching pit (used for the treatment and dispersal of grey water only).
