Septic & Land Development Fees

In accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, the Board of Health has approved a User Fee Policy for goods and services for which a fee is charged. 

NOTE:

  • Cash, cheque, VISA, MASTERCARD and Interac accepted
  • Please make cheque payable to "Thunder Bay District Health Unit"
  • There is a fee of $25 per cheque for non-sufficient funds

The following fees are associated with Sewage Systems and Land Development.
