There are restrictions on admissions, transfers, discharges, social activities and visitation in the affected area of the facility until further notice. Please call the facility for more information.

April 13, 2023 - The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) and Chartwell Thunder Bay, located at 1350 Isabella St E, confirm that a respiratory outbreak (COVID-19) has been declared at Chartwell Isabella, as of April 12 2023.

April 11, 2023 - The outbreak of gastrointestinal illness at Hogarth Riverview Manor – 3 South – Daisy Resident Home Area, located at 300 Lillie St. N, is now expanded to include 3 North – Lily Resident Home Area. All restrictions are now in effect.

Admissions, transfers, discharges and social activities have been cancelled on the affected areas until further notice. Visitors are restricted to family members and caregivers only, so please call the facility for more information.
