February 25, 2021 - Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) is reporting 33 (thirty-three) new COVID-19 cases in residents in the TBDHU Region. Current active cases is 315.
February 24, 2021 - Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) is reporting 46 (forty-six) new COVID-19 cases in residents in the TBDHU Region. Current active cases is 304.
February 23, 2021 - The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) and Lakehead Public Schools confirm that an outbreak of COVID-19 has been declared at Woodcrest Public School in Thunder Bay.
Consistent with provincial guidelines, an outbreak is declared in a school when there are two or more COVID-19 cases in students or staff that can be linked within a school setting. At this time, two additional individuals associated with the school have COVID-19. One of these individuals is deemed to have acquired the infection in the school setting.

February 22, 2021 - The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) and Lakehead Public Schools confirm that an outbreak of COVID-19 has been declared at St. James Public School in Thunder Bay.
February 22, 2021 - The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) is actively investigating an outbreak of COVID-19 associated with Musselwhite Mine located 480 kilometers north of Thunder Bay. This is being done in close collaboration with mine management and Newmont Corporation.
February 22, 2021 - The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) and the Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board confirm that an outbreak of COVID-19 has been declared at St. Martin Elementary School in Thunder Bay.
Consistent with provincial guidelines, an outbreak is declared in a school when there are two or more COVID-19 cases in students or staff that can be linked within a school setting. At this time, one additional individual associated with the school has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual is deemed to have acquired the infection in the school setting.
