Winter Walking Challenge
Sometimes it’s hard to find the motivation to get out and get active! Walking is one of the easiest and most affordable ways to be physically active. Even a 10 minute walk has health benefits!
If you're an adult (18+), TBDHU is challenging you to set a goal, however big or small, and track your progress!
- Examples of goals: 30 minute walk 5 times a week, 10,000 steps a day, 2 km a day, etc.
- Start small and do what you can to stay consistent.
The challenge runs for the month of February.

Active Commute Challenge
